A proven success story

Walsall Housing Group (whg), partnered with payment specialist allpay Limited and engagement automation expert Voicescape to enhance its rent collection processes and improve customer experience.

The challenge stemmed from the absence of a streamlined way for housing officers to send payment links to customers, hindering the goal of enabling customers to self-serve.

The collaboration resulted in the creation of Pay by Link (PbL), a solution, seamlessly integrated into Voicescape’s platform, allowing customers to receive payment links through QR codes in various communications.


Since implementation in May 2022, the system has collected £788,793 through 3,704 transactions, with positive feedback from customers and employees.
